About Yasmina
I work at the intersection of technology, communications, and strategy, translating complex systems into clear narratives that help organizations make better decisions and reach broader audiences. My background spans program management, research communications, and digital strategy, with experience leading initiatives across technology, infrastructure, and education.
Currently, I serve as a Program Manager at Georgia Power, where I coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications across large infrastructure initiatives. I also contribute to research storytelling through Science with Impact, where I develop case studies that translate complex research programs into accessible insights for broader audiences.
Earlier in my career, I led global technology education initiatives through HerWILL, managing AI, cybersecurity, and data science programs that connected students, industry leaders, and researchers across multiple countries. These experiences shaped my approach to communications: clear messaging, strong systems, and a focus on impact.
I hold a Master of Science in Criminal Justice with a focus on cybersecurity and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Georgia State University. My work has been recognized by organizations such as Wells Fargo, Georgia State University, and Deluxe for contributions to expanding opportunities for women in STEM and strengthening community engagement.
Across my work, I am motivated by one goal: helping organizations communicate complex ideas in ways that are accessible, actionable, and meaningful.
